The building is very comfortable and conveniently located right by the main train station and several restaurants and bars; also, it's a short distance to UGC Toulouse making it very convenient with a variety of breakfast options.

I liked that it was clean, bathroom and bedroom, bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Good location, close to the Matabiau station to go to Carcassonne, close to the main streets and 8 minutes walk from the Capitol. From the river it's a little further, 15 or 20 only.. we go sightseeing we finally use the hotel to shower and sleep only, so it met our needs. We found it expensive, given the offer in Toulouse this was the best we could find in terms of quality/price/good comments from the guests (as soon as you went down to lower priced hotels the comments were terrible).

You can tell that the hotel is old and has been given a facelift, but not a renovation, which would be necessary; you can tell that in France a 3 star is what in Spain would be a 2*. The walls, windows and doors were old, in contrast to the bed and headboard which were new. I think they should lower the price, because it doesn't match the look of the hotel. Carpet on the floor.. I think they should take it down.. Very expensive breakfast, we didn't get it.

The reception staff were very good, very helpful and informative. Breakfast was good value and the hotel was very conveniently located to the railway station. It is very faithful in its period presentation.

The location of this place is excellent, being conveniently close to a beautiful neoclassical palace, the airport, the airport bus stop, and a pleasant area.

The location is good in the sense that it is very easy to walk to the center as well as the train station, but there is not much around.

I found the staff were extremely helpful. When we arrived, the receptionist asked us how long we were spending in Toulouse and provided us with a map of the city and marked places of interest on it. The hotel is well located - the aiport bus stop is only a few minutes walk away and the main train station in Toulouse is also nearby. The street is quiet and we had no problem sleeping there.

I stayed in a classic double room here that had a vintage charm and was very peaceful, the location is wonderful being close to the airport bus stop, a market, and shops.

Very comfortable rooms, despite the oldish look: very warm and very quiet.

The furniture is very old-fashioned, the elevator is extremelly small, and the floor does not seem very even.

Very close to the main train station and bus stop, walking distance to city centre. It was a very comfortable, clean room, good value for money.

The staff here is friendly and helpful providing complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services, and the hotel is conveniently located near a stunning neoclassical palace.

Very centrally situated and great for metro, buses, trains and airport coach. The staff were charming but very busy especially at breakfast time.

There was a bar menu in the vestibule but no sign of a bar!!

Just a one night stay but found all to be as would have hoped. Walking distance to town centre and close to airport bus route was a bonus. The receptionist was also helpful when we asked for directions.

Possibly the breakfast was a little expensive for what it was, but we could have as much as we wanted of the usual cereals, bread, cheese etc.
